At Sweet Desire UAE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

- Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

- To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Our team will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return steps.

- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund process will begin.

Refund Timeframe:

- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return approval.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or online payment).

Non-Returnable Items:

- Custom-made or promotional bundles are non-returnable.

- Items without original packaging or tampered seals will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

- We offer exchanges only in case of wrong or damaged items delivered. Kindly report within 24 hours of delivery.
